4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We partner with DHL and GLS for shipping. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery charges are clearly stated at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

You have 200 days to return unused products in original packaging. Custom orders may not be returnable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
