To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by means of a clear statement:

• Email us at: returns@starparts.parts
• Call us at: +49 (0) 30 12345678 during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00 CET)
• Send us a written notice to our registered address

3. legal.cancellation.return

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless:

• The goods are defective or not as described
• We have agreed to bear the costs, or we have failed to inform you that you must bear them

4. legal.cancellation.condition

Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. legal.cancellation.refunds

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

• 14 days after the day we receive back the goods, or
• 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

6. legal.cancellation.exceptions

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Goods which are sealed and not suitable for return
• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Services, if the service has been fully performed with your explicit consent

7. legal.cancellation.digital

If you have purchased digital content, you will lose your right of cancellation if we have begun the supply of the digital content with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of cancellation once the performance has begun.
